After 20 years of working with numerous ERP software solutions, at various small to mid-sized manufacturing companies, in the aerospace, automotive, electronics, and semiconductor industries, I discovered many unfavorable traits they all seem to have:
- The Business processes and flows need to change to accommodate the ERP software requirements.
- Customizations were either not allowed, took an excessively long time to release, or were prohibitively expensive.
- Monthly Licensing and Support were costly.
- Needed to invest in resources to keep up with the day-to-day activities required by the software.
- Quality Control and Quality Assurance Features required by ISO 900x or AS9100 were non-existent.
- Reporting on Basic Manufacturing Activities, Status, and Updates was Atrocious.

- Offers a flexible-use environment so that software is fully functional for smaller companies with minimum staff, while also meeting the requirements of larger companies with tougher global requirements.
