SimpleManufacturing™ uses Microsoft SQL Server for all data storage. Depending on the amount of storage necessary, we offer implementation of the free Microsoft SQL Server Express. For companies having a larger amount of data, a full version of Microsoft SQL Server is required. Migration from Express to a full version of Microsoft SQL Server can be completed anytime.

Are your solutions customized to my business needs?

Absolutely. We adapt and tailor our solutions to perfectly align with your unique business requirements. We do not require companies to change how they do business to match the software.

What standards does SimpleManufacturing™ comply with?

SimpleManufacturing™ aligns with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards, focusing on quality management, common MRP/ERP processes, GAAP, and GMP.

What support is offered for SimpleManufacturing™?

We do not mandate yearly support contracts. Paid 24/7 customer support is available to all customers. Typically customers maintain a long-term partnership with our team to fine-tune the software as needs evolve. We also provide a bug-free guarantee and aim to resolve unusual errors quickly.

Can you help with the implementation of SimpleManufacturing™?

Yes — extensive training for each module is provided during implementation, with the objective of creating internal experts at each installation.

Can you assist with migrating my existing business software into SimpleManufacturing™?

Yes. If existing data is accessible via ODBC, CSV, or XML, we can assist. Time and effort depend on data structure, but we have experience with many ERP/database formats.
