Our Story

After spending more than 20 years working with numerous ERP systems throughout the aerospace, automotive, electronics, semiconductor, and precision manufacturing industries, our founder repeatedly encountered the same challenges.

• Business processes had to change to accommodate ERP software limitations.
• Customizations were either prohibited, excessively expensive, or took months to release.
• Annual support contracts and licensing fees continued to rise.
• Organizations needed additional staff simply to maintain the ERP system.
• Quality Assurance requirements for ISO 9001, AS9100, GMP, and regulated manufacturing were often missing.
• Reporting and visibility into manufacturing operations were inadequate.

To compensate, companies frequently relied on Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Access databases, Crystal Reports, paper-based systems, and manual processes just to track critical information.

Before long, important data became scattered throughout the organization, resulting in duplicate information, inconsistent records, inefficiencies, and reduced productivity.

And so the journey began.
