Quote Selection
Searching existing Quotes is quick and easy by using the filter options provided. The most common fields to search by are available in the search section: Customer, Customer Contact Name, Customer or Internal Part Number, Quote Date Range, Quote Status, etc.
Quote Information
Each quote contains all of the general information regarding the Request for Quote (RFQ), such as the Customer information, Customer contact, unique Quote No, Quote Status, requested Payment Terms, Freight Terms, etc.
Link Files to Each Quote
Link an unlimited number of files to the Quote. Some typical uses of this section are to link the RFQ Email, files provided by the customer, Customers Quality Clauses, Material Quotes, Outside Processing Quotes, and any other file that might be beneficial to link to the Quote for current or historical purposes.
Line Item Details
Add unlimited line items into the Quote, with typical information such as Qty Quoted, Part Number, Customer Part Number, Lead Times, Unit Pricing, Taxable Status, Ship To information, and Shipping Method.
Quotes can be entered for multiple part numbers, quantities, delivery schedules, etc. Flexible enough to accommodate most Request for Quote requirements.
Line Item Comments
Ability to add comments to each line item. This is useful for adding internal and external information affecting both parties.
Line Item – Specification Requirements
Ability to add a specification requirement from the Customer’s RFQ into each line item.
Line Item – Quality Clause(s) Declaration
Ability to add Quality Clause requirements from Customer’s RFQ into each line item.
Quote Example
An example of the quote in a printable view is shown. The intent is to provide the Customer with a quote detailing all of the RFQ requirements.

A single click produces the email to the right, including the above quote as a PDF attachment.
Quote To Sales Order Conversion
Ability to easily convert a quote into a Sales Order. It efficiently takes the information from the Quote and creates a Sales Order, reducing data entry errors and reducing the time taken for order creation, acknowledgment, and acceptance.
